Occupational Therapy: The literature challenge
COORE has been “soft-released” to the world. Please get on board:
1. The need to “Participate in research”
“The time is right for the occupational therapy profession in the UK to stop prioritising and act to develop a coherent knowledge and evidence base for all occupational therapy practice. For this to happen, occupational therapists, regardless of their level of engagement in research, must honour their obligation to participate in research (COT 2005a).” (Brannigan, Building the evidence for OT, COT, 2007)
To read more about “Why” take a read of this entry written late one night by myself (apologies for it being a little UK Centric) and then Sign-up to become a reader, author & editor here.
